Qualifications

• Culinary school or apprenticeship completed.
• 1 year of professional bakery experience; Danish/Scandinavian methods a plus.
• Experience with mixing, bench work, proofing, and baking pastries a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Lift 50+ lbs without restrictions; stand/bend for extended periods.
• Basic math skills; excellent time management.
• Follow health and safety standards and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Portion, shape, and store doughs to spec using FIFO and food safety protocols.
• Visually inspect ingredients and doughs for freshness and quality.
• Communicate ingredient usage and inventory needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow all health department standards.
• Collaborate with bakers and laminators to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
