Job summary
Windward Communities is seeking a hands-on Community General Manager for Deerfield Village in St. Charles, MO. You will guide operations, enhance resident satisfaction, drive occupancy, and partner with regional leaders to translate company priorities into local results.
This role oversees resident services, sales, administration, maintenance, and safety, balancing cost efficiency with quality service. You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, fostering accountability and strong resident
Qualifications
- At least three years of Manager-level leadership in manufactured housing, multi-family living, or property management.
- Proven ability to lead teams toward clear expectations and strong performance.
- Experience using data to drive budget decisions and action plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness.
- Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Oversee resident services, sales, administration, activities, and maintenance.
- Lead budgeting, financial performance, cost controls, and reporting.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop staff while modeling accountability.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to implement company priorities locally.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and high standards of service in the community.
