Windward Communities ( Deerfield Village , in St. Charles, MO – just outside of St.

Louis) is looking for a Community General Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to promote the Windward lifestyle. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our community – leading all aspects of operations and sales, guiding prospective residents through the home buying and rental process, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every step of the way.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in multi-family property management.
• Sales and negotiation experience.
• Strong relationship building with residents, employees and customers.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial and administrative acumen; budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive high levels of service aligned with Windward Communities’ standards.
• Oversee operations: resident support, sales, marketing, admin and maintenance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff; foster a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan capital expenditures and revenue-driving strategies.
• Monitor budgets and provide monthly P&L variance explanations.
• Lead by example with a respectful team and community focus.
• Other duties as assigned.
