Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales by KPI-driven strategies and coaching associates in realtime.
• Partner with the Area Manager and cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives and support business growth.
• Build local community relationships to increase brand awareness and drive store traffic.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing store team.
• Analyze business performance and partner with the Area Manager to improve sales, customer experience, and operational execution.
• Build schedules that drive results while managing labor effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising, promotional execution, and overall store standards.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, shipment processing, and loss prevention.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, safety standards, and operational processes.
