MetroLagoons is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations for the Food and Beverage department at the Southshore Bay Lagoon. You will supervise food preparation, bar operations, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and inventory control to ensure smooth service and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring culinary, bar, and management experience, with strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification and food handling certification preferred.
• Experience in managing food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and promote great hospitality.
