Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of Food and Beverage management experience, preferably in a high-volume casino or hotel environment.
• Minimum of one year of beverage experience in a high-volume bar or bar/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and drive open communication in hiring and evaluation.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relations.
• Prepare Team Member schedules to ensure proper staffing and labor control.
• Select, supervise and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Maintain staff training and address deficiencies.
• Implement corrective action and termination procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain guest relations.
• Inspect front-of-the-house areas for compliance and safety.
