Baptist Health is seeking a Lactation Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The lactation consultant will support breastfeeding initiation and continuation in both inpatient and outpatient settings, develop care plans, and mentor staff with evidence-based lactation practices.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in nursing, an active Kentucky RN license, BCLS, NRP, CLC/CBS, and IBCLC within 1 year. Two years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• BCLS and NRP required.
• CLC or CBS required.
• IBCLC within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide lactation consultation and hands-on breastfeeding support in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Initiate and manage a care plan with consistent, evidence-based interventions.
• Train staff in lactation support and mentor nursing and allied health teams.
