Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide lactation consultation and hands-on support for mothers with breastfeeding difficulties in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Initiate a care plan with evidence-based interventions for breastfeeding initiation and sustainment.
• Lead staff lactation training and mentor nursing and allied health staff at the bedside.
