Description

The Graphic Arts & Printing department of Nassau BOCES has an immediate opening for a Laborer/Messenger, who will be based out of the Graphics office in Syosset, NY. We are seeking referrals to help fill this vacancy. A well-qualified candidate will possess the following, at a minimum:

• A valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfort with regular travel throughout Nassau County
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift or move 50 pounds, as necessary
• Willingness to perform miscellaneous office work as requested
• Hours: Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

SALARY:

$39,872

Full-time positions are eligible for medical benefits, as well as other additional benefits to include dental and life insurance. NYS Employee Retirement is also available to full-time employees.
