ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant installation on utility construction sites nationwide. The role requires safety‑first thinking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate equipment such as a directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, or bucket truck under supervision.

Qualifications include 1+ year utility construction experience, 6+ months equipment operation in specified gear, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), OSHA 10 and Competent Person

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience required.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience in drills or related gear.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Competent Person and OSHA 10 certifications preferred (within 6 months).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor on utility construction sites in all weather.
• Support crew with site setup, material handling, and traffic safety.
• Operate heavy equipment such as directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, or bucket truck under supervision.
• Read prints and construction drawings; assist with safety and production reporting.
• Provide training to entry-level laborers and ensure safety compliance.
