Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant installations on utility construction sites. The role requires safety focus, the ability to operate equipment such as drill, hydro or bucket truck, and teamwork to deliver quality results. Travel nationwide is expected, with emphasis on safety and training across crews.

The position emphasizes ALL IN culture, reading prints, and adherence to company safety policies while contributing to project goals and community safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience in one of: Drill, Hydro, Mini excavator or Bucket truck.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor in all weather conditions, including digging and material handling.
• Support crew with site setup, equipment prep, and closeout tasks.
• Operate one or more heavy equipment types with guidance from an experienced operator.
• Meet production expectations set by Foreman and management.
• Read prints and construction drawings to support installations.
• Maintain safety and follow ADB procedures on all tasks.
• Provide training support to entry level laborers as needed.
