ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to support outside plant installations on various utility construction sites. The role requires operating heavy equipment (drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) and reading construction drawings, with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience is required.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience (Drill, Hydro, Mini, Bucket Truck) required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor on construction sites under various weather conditions.
• Operates heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with supervision.
• Assists with jobsite setup, loading/unloading, traffic control, and site closeout tasks.
• Reads and interprets prints and construction drawings; locates utilities under supervision.
• Follows safety policies and participates in pre-task safety assessments and training.
