Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Laborer to assist with material handling, equipment assembly and dismantling, and site preparation. You will help load/unload, supply materials, and keep work areas clean while supporting various crafts on site.

You’ll work with tools and equipment, build scaffolding, and perform concrete-related tasks. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adaptability across diverse teams on a construction site.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback.
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
• Lifting, carrying, pushing: up to 50 lbs.
