Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri seeks team members to support the location’s daily operations across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. You will join a collaborative team that upholds company policy while delivering strong customer service to farmers and ranchers.

The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and willingness to learn new skills. Overtime, including weekends, may be required. MFA offers a benefits package including a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the location's general operation by supporting all business areas, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policy.
• Support cross-training and growth within Agri-Service areas.
