Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Lamar, CO seeks a team member to support all areas of our agricultural business. You will assist with feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply, following company policy and procedures. The role offers opportunities to cross-train in Agri-Service areas for skill growth.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (helpful) and be able to handle physical tasks (50-100 pounds). Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
• Encouraging Growth: cross-training in Agri-Service areas to foster new skills for additional support.
