The Laboratory/Virtual Reality Laboratory Student Assistant supports VR lab operations and clinical simulation activities for UIW's Clinical Learning Center. This work-study role reports to the Simulation Director and is funded by Federal Work-Study.

The Laboratory/Virtual Reality Student Assistant supports the operation of the Ila Faye Miller School of Nursing and Health Professions ( SNHP ) Clinical Learning Center ( CLC ). The Laboratory/Virtual Reality Student Assistant supports laboratory, virtual reality laboratory, and clinical simulation activities for students enrolled in SHNP programs and works under the supervision of SNHP faculty and clinical teaching assistants. The Laboratory/Virtual Reality Student Assistant reports to the Simulation Director.
Note: This position is funded by the Federal Work-Study program and is open to UIW students who are approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study Program.
Note: Due to the nature of this position, the selected candidate cannot be a nursing major or a health professions applicant.
Essential functions include:
