Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Lab Technician for an onsite contract in Millsboro, DE. The role is a 6+ month assignment with a major pharmaceutical company, focusing on GMP/SOP-compliant laboratory services across manufacturing areas.

The candidate will work with various manufacturing equipment, assist with setup and operation, and maintain concurrent documentation. Pay is up to $22.33 per hour; a Physical Abilities Test is required.

Qualifications

• General reading, math, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and complete processes.
• Assist with equipment setup and operation.
• Perform manual and automated operations, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Weigh, formulate, and fill different media preparations.
• Maintain housekeeping and decontaminate per procedures.
• Keep concurrent records (charts, log books, etc.).
• Identify and address deviations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in weekly reports.

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Lab Technician for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in Millsboro, DE. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to perform advanced laboratory services within various manufacturing areas. The successful candidate will work with a variety of manufacturing equipment, assist with setup and operation, and maintain concurrent documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a variety of manufacturing equipment while completing processes throughout the manufacturing cycle
• Assist with equipment setup and operation
• Perform manual and/or automated operations, general maintenance, and support functions
• Weigh, formulate, and fill different Media Preparations
• Perform housekeeping in all work areas and execute facility decontamination according to approved procedures
• Maintain concurrent record keeping including charts, log books, and all pertinent documentation
• Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as appropriate while notifying appropriate personnel
• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in weekly reports as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• General knowledge of reading, mathematics, and computer skills
• Ability to communicate and work in cooperation with other employees in a manufacturing environment
• Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test

Pay range: up to$22.33 per hour
