Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Lab Technician for an onsite contract in Millsboro, DE. The role is a 6+ month assignment with a major pharmaceutical company, focusing on GMP/SOP-compliant laboratory services across manufacturing areas.

The candidate will work with various manufacturing equipment, assist with setup and operation, and maintain concurrent documentation. Pay is up to $22.33 per hour; a Physical Abilities Test is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• General reading, math, and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate and work with other employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and complete processes.
• Assist with equipment setup and operation.
• Perform manual and automated operations, maintenance, and support tasks.
• Weigh, formulate, and fill different media preparations.
• Maintain housekeeping and decontaminate per procedures.
• Keep concurrent records (charts, log books, etc.).
• Identify and address deviations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in weekly reports.
