Night-shift Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX

As a Laboratory Supervisor at IDEXX, you will be a people leader at one of the largest veterinary diagnostic companies in the world. You will supervise a team of Medical Laboratory Technicians who help analyze samples to assist veterinarians in diagnosing and treating pets. In This Role:

1. Leverage your passion for coaching and developing employees to help them reach their goals and potential.
2. Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics.
3. Problem-solve daily, from troubleshooting diagnostic analyzers to resolving workflow and turnaround time challenges.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

1. You are able to work nights.
2. You have supervised 5+ employees in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
3. You possess knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures.

6. You are excited to promote animal health and well-being using your skills.
7. You can meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and vision abilities.
