Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years IT experience with 4+ years in a leadership/managerial role; LIMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers and engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
Oversee application development, integration, and administration of solution environments.
Drive technical excellence, code optimization, and process improvements.
Coach, hire, and develop high-performing teams; manage delivery schedules and risks.
