Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (LIMS) to support in-house development of Laboratory Information Systems. You will design and maintain workflows, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and troubleshoot software issues.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 7+ years of experience in the Java development environment, and demonstrate strong skills in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development in a Java environment.
• Strong expertise in backend systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Python frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Laboratory Information Management Systems workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in LIMS.
