Qualifications

• BS or equivalent; MT (ASCP) or equivalent credentials.
• State of Nevada General Supervisor license within 6 months of hire date if not licensed.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supervisory roles.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills including ability to write procedures and understand medical terms.

Responsibilities

• Direct all technical aspects of the Laboratory and set standards of practice.
• Administer competency programs and prepare for regulatory inspections; supervise lab staff.
• Act as Director of Laboratory Services in the Director's absence and ensure age-specific patient care alignment.
