Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related sciences preferred.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Laboratory Management or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive clinical laboratory Operations experience preferred.
• Three years in administrative management role preferred.
• Licensure as MT/MLS/ASCP or equivalent required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily laboratory operations across core labs and related services.
• Leads strategic planning and aligns with organizational priorities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality management across sites.
• Manages budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Develops workforce and succession plans for lab staff.
• Partners with medical leadership and external stakeholders on initiatives.
