Qualifications

• Experience leading CAP-accredited laboratory operations.

• Provide strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for all laboratory services across the health system.
• Ensure high quality, patient-centered lab operations with targets for service, quality, and turnaround times.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety, risk mitigation, and accreditation readiness.
