Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Laboratory Relations Specialist to manage communication between technical groups and project staff. This on-site role requires strong computer skills and the ability to track shipments and schedules across the lab network.

The position offers full-time hours, a supportive benefits package, and the opportunity to work within a leading global testing network. Training aligns with 8am–5pm weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Experience or education in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews emails from project management team and works with lab staff to respond.
• Reviews shipping status and due dates for incoming subcontracted jobs; coordinates with Project Management.
• Manages tracking and shipping of samples to subcontract laboratories and throughout the lab network.
• Regular attendance, punctuality and participation in meetings.
