Job summary

Aquent partners with a leading healthcare organization to deliver critical laboratory services. This role acts as the essential link between external healthcare partners and internal laboratory operations, directly influencing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles with customers, healthcare providers, or patients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills; capable of independent task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams.
• Deliver ongoing outreach training on specimen collection, ordering workflows, and compliance standards.
• Oversee customer courier operations, track requests, resolve routing issues, and audit invoices.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and track leads; conduct semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare and present operational summaries, client feedback reports, and escalation updates to executive leadership.
• Coordinate fulfillment of client supply requests and distribution of test requisitions and results.
