Responsibilities

• Liaises between the Penn State Health St. Joseph laboratory and clients to oversee and perform duties of the laboratory services division.
• Monitors service to clients, assists with standard and complex needs, and provides feedback to the department manager to ensure quality and service levels.
• Researches, troubleshoots, documents, and resolves problems accounts may experience to build client and physician relationships and drive customer satisfaction and growth.
