Indiana University Health is seeking a Lab Supervisor to support the Ball Memorial and Fort Wayne Hospital laboratories. This full-time day shift role involves assisting the Director in planning and directing operations, and leading a team to deliver accurate, timely testing across high-volume needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in medical technology or related field, 5–7 years in high-complexity testing, and proven supervisory experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of high-complexity testing experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations

Mansioni

• Assist Director in planning and operation of the lab area.
• Manage assigned team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop/testing protocols and optimize efficiency.
• Provide input for equipment selection and acquisition.
