Mercy is seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead our laboratory operations and provide expert oversight of diagnostic testing. You will manage personnel, ensure timely, accurate results, and maintain regulatory compliance across the lab.

The role emphasizes fiscal management, quality control, and HR duties within a World Class Laboratory framework. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred), at least three years of clinical lab leadership, and ASCP or equivalent

Formación

• Associate's Degree required.
• Three years of clinical laboratory experience.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead laboratory personnel and operations.
• Oversee fiscal management and planning of lab operations.
• Ensure quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Human Resources and staff development.
• Maintain Mercy Service Standards and excellent customer service.
