Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or closely related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory.
• Experience leading laboratory personnel toward productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise laboratory personnel to meet coverage and performance targets.
• Ensure ISO requirements and quality standards are followed; review data for accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; supervise maintenance and repairs.
• Promote compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformances and document results.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
