Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees.
• Ensure adherence to the highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations.
• Assist in managing daily microbiology laboratory operations, including scheduling and supervising analyses.
• Maintain quality systems and regulatory compliance across testing procedures.
• Review data for technical accuracy and SOP/test method compliance.
• Train staff on test methods, SOPs, regulations, and policies.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
