Job summary

TriCore Laboratories in Roswell, NM is seeking an experienced Manager of Laboratory Operations to oversee daily lab activities, staffing, and performance. You will partner with the CLIA Medical Director and ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and customer service while supporting budgetary goals.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining instrument readiness, quality control, and readiness for inspections. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant high-complexity clinical laboratory experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• ASCP/AMT certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and staffing.
• Schedule staff to meet patient care needs and workload demands.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, regulatory, and quality standards.
