Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee and support the technical operation of all assigned areas of the Clinical Laboratory. The role includes staff oversight, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality and PI activities, and policy adherence.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical Technology and a TN state supervisor license, plus a track record of 2+ years in laboratory management and proficiency with Excel, Word, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Medical Technology is required.
• Medical Technologist with Tennessee Supervisor license is required.
• 2+ years of general laboratory management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the technical operation of all assigned areas of the Clinical Laboratory.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling of lab personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
• Lead quality assurance and PI activities and problem resolution.
• Represent the laboratory on hospital committees.
