Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of high-complexity clinical laboratory experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Applicable certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) as required by assigned laboratory discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a hospital, cancer center, or clinical laboratory.
• Serve as operational partner to the CLIA Medical Director and ensure staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Represent the laboratory in hospital leadership activities and to commercial clients.
