Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Scottsdale laboratory. You will drive financial performance, improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead high-performing teams with physician and regional partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in laboratory operations or healthcare operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with financial management, budgeting, labor optimization, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing process improvements and managing organizational change.
