Abrazo Scottsdale Campus Laboratory Manager is seeking a results-driven leader to manage day-to-day operations across departments, supervise staff, and ensure quality patient care. The role includes directing policy adoption, budgeting, staffing, and training to meet regulatory standards.

As part of Tenet Healthcare, you will mentor teams, oversee test procedures, and drive continuous improvement in laboratory services while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of technologist supervisory/lead experience.
• Licensure in clinical areas by NCA/ASCP/HEW/HHS or AMT.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-department operations and staff training.
• Ensure policy adherence and budget accountability.
• Maintain quality patient care and department readiness.
• Approve timekeeping and staffing; supervise hiring/firing.
