Qualifications

• Proven leadership in laboratory operations and team development.

• Experience driving financial performance and budgets in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Scottsdale laboratory ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Leads, mentors and develops high-performing teams with effective recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Fosters a collaborative culture with HR to address employee relations and policy execution.
• Develops sustainable staffing models aligned with volumes and objectives.
• Maintains regulatory readiness and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Partners with physician leadership and regional operations to drive growth and performance.
