Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises technical procedures in the Core Laboratory.
• Maintains and reviews quality control and quality improvement programs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and department policies.
• Mentors staff, conducts performance reviews, and supports staff development.
• Coordinates with clinicians and researchers for trials and research protocols.
