Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains SOPs according to CLSI guidelines and HNL policies.
• Provides technical training and continuing education to staff.
• Coordinates testing results and supports quality improvement efforts.
• Assists in preparing financial and operational reports for management.
• May serve as Director of the HNL Phlebotomy School or lead related initiatives.
