Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a knowledgeable professional for laboratory operations administration at its Abington location. You will oversee SOP development, training, and quality controls while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with CLSI guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with the department and leadership to improve workflow and staff satisfaction, and supporting staff with training programs and orientation for new employees and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret scientific and financial documents; respond to inquiries from customers/regulatory bodies.
• Mathematical skills including probability, statistics, geometry and trigonometry; apply fractions, percentages, ratios.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains SOPs according to CLSI guidelines and HNL policies.
• Provides technical training and education to staff in designated clinical operations area.
• Supports monitoring to improve quality, workflow, and staff productivity; prepares reports.
