Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks a Login/Client Support Specialist in Massachusetts to greet clients, vendors and visitors and answer general questions. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm; must live within a commutable distance to Ayer, MA. This full-time role offers a $20/hour compensation.

The position supports a fast-paced laboratory environment, with responsibilities including data entry into LIMS, sample handling, shipments, and customer service for walk-in clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bioscience education preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Lab experience and environmental industry exposure preferred
• TALS experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors and visitors to the laboratory.
• Data entry into LIMS; organize and record samples.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Maintain the department and lab; stocking supplies and housekeeping.
• Assist with customer services and walk-in interactions.
• Process daily mail and small shipments.
