Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Login/Client Support Specialist to greet clients, vendors and visitors, answer general questions, and support a fast-paced laboratory environment in Ayer, MA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; biology/chemistry background preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Lab experience and environmental industry exposure preferred.
• TALS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, vendors and visitors to the laboratory.
• Answering general questions and providing assistance.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Collect samples from on-site drop box.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Organize and record samples.
• Data entry into LIMS (TALS experience a PLUS).
• Maintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping.
• Assist with customer services.
• Handle interactions with walk-in clients.
• Process daily mail and small shipments of bottle kits.
• Provide great customer service to walk-in clients.
