Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Earth City, MO, is hiring a Laboratory Support Specialist for Full-time, first shift. Must live within commutable distance to the laboratory; compensation is $15/$16 per hour.

You will perform non-technical lab support, sample handling, labeling, glassware management, waste disposal, and general housekeeping while ensuring safety and quality requirements. Strong English, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior regulated-environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous laboratory, warehouse, or production support experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English; able to work in a regulated environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cold samples.

Responsibilities

• Sample and Workflow Support: Retrieve samples from designated storage areas and return them after analysis.
• Label planchets, centrifuge tubes, bottles, and other containers.
• Assist with preparation and organization of laboratory materials for testing activities.
• Maintain sample organization throughout the analytical process.
• Laboratory Operations Support: Wash, dry, organize, and distribute lab glassware; handle syringes and disposables; dispose of waste per procedures.
