Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor for the Accellix product line. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, supervise technicians, and serve as the primary technical resource for laboratory-based manufacturing.

You will ensure safe, compliant operations, align with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning, and maintain hands-on familiarity with equipment and workflows used in Accellix manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in biotechnology or regulated manufacturing with quality systems and production metrics.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including training and coordinating technical personnel.
• Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise technicians and provide day-to-day technical resource for lab-based manufacturing.
• Support formulation, drying, inspection, and manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production schedules and oversee work orders for timely completion.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and proper documentation; drive continuous improvement.
