Job summary
BioFire Diagnostics is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor – Accellix to coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing for the Accellix product line. You will lead manufacturing technicians, serve as the technical resource for lab-based processes, and ensure GMP compliance while achieving production and delivery goals.
The role interfaces with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning and requires hands-on familiarity with reagents, drying, and assay workflows, along with continuous
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related science field.
- Experience with regulated manufacturing and quality systems.
- Leadership experience in biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support production priorities.
- Provide guidance on laboratory-based manufacturing processes including reagent preparation, liquid handling, and assay workflows.
- Monitor production schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing technicians and support onboarding.
