Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager / Laboratory Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a high-complexity clinical laboratory in Florida, focusing on molecular diagnostics, PGx, pathology, and advanced testing.

You will oversee staffing, workflow, QA, ensure CLIA/CAP/OSHA compliance, mentor personnel, support assay validation, QC, proficiency testing, and partner with leadership to deliver accurate, timely patient results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Qualified to serve as Technical Supervisor under CLIA (preferred).
• 5+ years in high-complexity clinical lab with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, PCR, PGx, or genomics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations, staffing, workflow, and QA programs.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA and regulatory standards.
• Supervise personnel, mentor staff, maintain competency.
• Collaborate with leadership and pathologists to ensure timely, high-quality results.
