Job summary

US Biolab is seeking a Manager, Laboratory Services to oversee day-to-day delivery of histology, molecular services, and client support. You will ensure timely, high-quality results while maintaining GLP, GDP, CAP Biorepository standards and ISO 20387 accreditation.

Qualifications

PhD or MSc degree or equivalent in one of the biological sciences.
Hands-on experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC), ISH, Multiplex IHC required; experience with FISH strongly preferred.
4+ years of full-time lab training/experience including biorepository operations, IHC/Multiplex IHC testing, and molecular services (ISH/FISH).
Knowledge of CAP Biorepository Accreditation standards, ISO 20387 and GLP/GDP rules; strong quality focus.

Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day delivery of laboratory services, ensuring orders completed on time and to spec.
Manages staffing, workflow, and turnaround times to meet demand.
Maintains quality systems and regulatory compliance across GLP, GDP, CAP and ISO standards.
Leads continuous improvement, training, and cross‑functional collaboration across service lines.
