Job summary

DCS is seeking a Laboratory Logistics Analyst to oversee the lab's master schedule, manage resources, procurement, and inventory, while ensuring safety compliance across regulatory interfaces. Strong project-management and analytical skills are essential for keeping the laboratory fully operational.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NAVFAC, tracking CRA resources, and presenting updates to leadership. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to the sensitivity of customer requirements.
• Masters with 10+ years or Bachelors with 12+ years considered.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Minimum five years of direct experience managing multiple technical projects, contracts, or task orders.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Laboratory Master Schedule with accurate cost and schedule estimates.
• Analyze project work for manpower, equipment, and materials to identify bottlenecks.
• Track CRA resources and provide yearly estimates and updates.
• Monitor performance against plans and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and maintenance to keep labs operational.
• Interface with NAVFAC for installation coordination and safety compliance.
• Maintain safety documentation and coordinate with IH/OSHA/HazMat representatives.
