Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Laboratory Logistics Analyst to oversee the lab’s master schedule, procurement, and safety compliance. The role requires a strong engineering background and extensive project-management experience in technical settings.

You will track resources and materials, coordinate with vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing technical projects, contracts, or task orders.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with experience drafting reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Laboratory Master Schedule with cost and schedule estimates.
• Analyze manpower, equipment, and material needs; identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Track CRA resources, project unit estimates, and equipment costs; report updates to leadership.
• Monitor performance against plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement and timely ordering of materials and equipment.
• Track vendor orders, ensure delivery, and interface with NAVFAC for installations.
• Maintain inventory, usage rates, expiration dates, and disposal of materials.
• Schedule maintenance and calibration of major equipment; document downtime effects.
• Coordinate safety compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain SDS records.
