Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or Bachelor's with extensive experience in managing multiple technical projects/contracts.
• Experience with technical administrative reports and briefings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Laboratory Master Schedule with cost and schedule estimates.
• Track project resources, materials, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor CRA resources and provide updates to Branch Head and CRA Manager.
• Support performance monitoring and develop corrective plans.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of direct and indirect lab materials.
• Track vendor orders and interface with NAVFAC for installation coordination.
• Maintain inventory and calibration schedules for major lab equipment.
• Coordinate with safety regulators to ensure full facility compliance and manage SDS.
